USE: The double-sided tank »adblue« is used for the storage of diesel oil, acids, bases and other liquids. The design of the tank prevents unnoticed leakages of stored liquid into the environment, therefore fulfilling requirements on reliable environment protection. Between two walls, made out of glass reinforced polyester, the hard and stable pillared layer, filled with air, is located. The air pressure in this layer is constantly monitored. In case of possible leakage due to damage to the walls of the tank, these are immediately noticeable on the air pressure gauge, whilst the discharge of stored liquid is prevented in the intermediate layer.
EQUIPMENT: Pipe fittings for filling, emptying, control, level measuring and other fittings according to customer specifications. Heaters and agitators can also be installed.For each liquid (acids, diesel oil) suitable chemically resistant coatings of the internal wall can be applied and design of the vessel can be adapted.
INSTALLATION: Double-sided tanks are available in vertical, horizontal, above ground or underground versions.
